I see you’ve been reading my blog. Thanks. It’s nice to be writing something other than the news. Boy, I’ve never been so depressed in 36 years of news writing. Is there anything good to write about?

I put my thoughts into blog form and talk about my life, my adventures, my troubles and my joys. You’ll certainly see lots of animal pictures spattered here and there. My animals are one of my joys.

Today for example, I picked up a baby bird. She quickly flew away, but it was a moment with nature. That beats so much of what the world has to offer.

I am prone to moving heavy furniture by myself.

And that sometimes leads to a sore back. My wonderful husband is seldomly sitting still long enough to help. But I like the dude anyway, most days.

Except on days when he sends me pictures of him with another woman as he travels around the country! That irks me.

I’ll continue to add to this “About” page. Mostly, thanks for reading and listening and occasionally writing. It’s neat to have a place to express myself like this. In the meantime, see you on the radio.
